My new favorite cupcake place in DC is not the beloved TLC Georgetown Cupcakes. Instead, it's SPRINKLES! How utterly divine! TRY THEM! This month they are sharing the Irish Cupcake with a delectable Bailey's cream inside the Belgian chocolate cake. Try it if you are around here or recuperating at Walter Reed, Bethesda or Ft Belvoir.
