My Army Soldier

Here is my soldier! The (almost Airborne and Ranger), Field Artillery Army Officer is my husband and love of my life. He keeps me sane when life seems too big. He is honest, hardworking, goal oriented and one of a kind. There are endless stories about him growing up wearing costumes down to the park to play. As a kid, his family tells me he would dress up in fatigues and hunt the woods of West Lane for any "predators." He kept the streets woods of Dearborn safe. After picking up golf as a competitive sport in high school and college, it would appear his dream of joining the army disappeared. However, the desire to be a part of the United States Army was too strong. He was commissioned in December 2008.

He is an all-American patriot. He bleeds red white blue (and maize-Go Blue!). He serves our country with pride. Although some join the army for the paycheck or to pay college debt, Aaron's commitment is about making this world stronger for future generations (He usually says our grandchildren) and defend our democratic values. He is selfless, and doesn't work for the glory. He loves his family, takes time to smell the flowers, loves his Nana's chocolate chip cookies, thinks that golf is a sport,  appreciates his wife (me), enjoys life and all of what God has to offer us. He believes in our country and the words, "In God We Trust". This man, my husband, works for the United States Army and thoroughly enjoys defending your freedom!
